Nothing to wire up. You describe the business in plain language, Ifa designs and builds it, and you check the plan before any of it exists.

Pre-launch

Turn messy business operations into a working system

Tell Ifa how your business runs, in your own words, and it builds the operating system behind it. Records, follow-ups and workflows, beside the tools you use.

During pre-launch we are onboarding a small number of general business teams.

Illustrative workspace examples

The business names, people, and data below are fictional product previews, not customer accounts or reported results.

The daily reality

Daily operations are still spread across too many tools.

Every customer enquiry in Ifa gets an owner, a status, and a next action.

Scattered conversations

Half of what you know about a customer is in a chat thread. The rest is in someone's inbox.

Tasks falling through

You promised a call back on Tuesday. Nothing is holding you to it.

Notes everywhere

The answer exists. It is in a folder somebody else named.

Manual follow-ups

Every follow-up happens because a person remembered it.

No clear overview

Nobody can say what is moving and what is stuck without asking around.

Tools that don't fit

Too thin to run the business on, or so heavy that nobody opens it.

How it works

From a description to a working workspace

Changes are made by asking in plain language. Nothing is applied until you have seen it.

  1. 01

    Describe your operations

Say what your team actually does all day, in your own words. There is nothing to fill in first.

  2. 02

    Get a workspace preview

Ifa comes back with the records and workflows it thinks you need. Every one of them is still editable.

  3. 03

    Start with a guided pre-launch

During pre-launch we set it up with you rather than handing you a finished thing.

Built around real business operations

One place for the work that keeps slipping.

You can ask questions like 'show revenue by service this month' and get the chart.

Customer follow-ups

Who you owe a reply to, and what you told them last time.

Tasks and workflows

The steps a job really goes through, written down once.

Documents and notes

Files sitting on the customer they belong to, not in a shared drive.

Requests and handoffs

A request reaches the next person with its history attached.

Team coordination

Everyone can see who is holding what.

Operational visibility

What moved this week, and what has been sitting untouched since Monday.

Anyone whose week runs on customer requests and follow-ups. The spreadsheet you started with stopped keeping up a while ago.

Ifa starts from the way you already work, not from an empty database you have to design first.

Private beta preview

From a plain description to a workspace structure

A concept preview of the setup flow, shown as it works during early access.

Business description

We run a repair shop. Customers message us, we quote, we schedule the job, we chase the parts, and afterwards somebody has to remember to follow up.

Ifa asks
  • Do you handle both one-off and recurring work?
  • Which follow-ups should never be missed?
  • Should documents hang off the customer, or off the order?
Workspace preview ready

Look over the proposed structure before any of it goes live.

A note from the founder

I'm George Megre, the founder of Ifa.

"I started Ifa because so much of a working day still runs on somebody remembering. During pre-launch I am talking to owners myself and taking on a handful of teams."

Frequently asked questions

What types of businesses can join the pre-launch?
Agencies and consultants, repair and maintenance teams, tutoring businesses, creative studios and local retailers. The test is not the trade. If most of your week is customer requests and follow-ups, it probably fits.
Does Ifa support restaurants or food-service operations?
Not at this stage. Restaurant POS, menus, order and kitchen operations, table management and delivery are all outside what Ifa currently does.
Does Ifa support clinics or healthcare workflows?
Not at this stage. Clinical scheduling, patient management, health records and regulated healthcare work are all outside what Ifa currently does.
Can I still join if my business is outside the current pre-launch scope?
Join the waitlist anyway. We are prioritizing general business operations for now, so the reply may take longer.

Join the pre-launch waitlist

Tell us about your team and how you run the day now. If it fits what we can support during pre-launch, we will invite you into the early program.

How may we respond?

By submitting this form you agree that Ifa may email you to respond to this request, and to nothing else. See our Privacy Policy.

We read every request. If there is a fit, we will write back and suggest a short call.
