Terms of Service

Ifa builds and runs a business workspace from your instructions. You’re responsible for the instructions you give and for the data you put into your workspace.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You agree to use Ifa lawfully and not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

You can create an account and preview a plan for free. Launching a live workspace requires a paid plan. Keep your login details secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed monthly per workspace and include a weekly and daily credit allowance plus storage. Credits refill on schedule and do not roll over. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime; changes are prorated to your billing period.

If you run out of credits, your workspace keeps running but paid actions pause until your next refill or a top-up.

You own your data. You grant us only the permissions we need to provide the service. We don’t sell your data and we don’t train public models on it. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Don’t use Ifa to send spam, break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send messages without the consent required in your jurisdiction. You’re responsible for complying with the rules of any channel you connect, such as WhatsApp or Telegram.

We work hard to keep Ifa available but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these terms; we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes.

Ifa is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
