Your data is yours. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it — in plain language.

01 What we collect

Account details you give us (name, email, phone, workspace name), the data you put into your workspace, and basic usage and device information needed to run and secure the service.

If you connect a channel like WhatsApp or Telegram, we process the messages needed to run your chatbot on your behalf.

02 How we use it

To provide Ifa: build and run your workspace, power your chatbot, process payments, give support, and keep the service secure. We use aggregate, non-identifying metrics to improve the product.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your workspace data to train public models.

03 Legal bases

Where required, we rely on performing our contract with you, your consent (which you can withdraw), our legitimate interests in running and improving the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

04 Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate Ifa (for example hosting, payments and messaging), under contracts that protect your data — and when required by law. We never sell it.

05 Storage & security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each workspace is isolated by schema and role, and every action is logged. We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

06 Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time, and object to or restrict certain processing. You’re the controller of your customers’ data in your workspace; we act as your processor and help you respond to their requests.

07 International transfers

If we transfer data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
